Job Description : WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Creating & Implementing SOP’s operational policies and procedures. Manage all Inbounds & Outbounds Implementing and overseeing security operations. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Ensuring the safety of staff. Experience in Supervising Stock count Motivating and disciplining staff. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. Assisting with deliveries where required. Maintain accurate inventory of supply and products Supervise and mentor staff Hire, train and provide development opportunities for staff Develop inventory staff schedule Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory Ensure a safe working environment Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices Structure the Team with SOP’s Supervise all of a warehouse’s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies Analyze logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations Implement operational policies and procedures Implement and oversee security operations Warehouse Manager Requirements: 10 years of warehouse management experience. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Valid drivers' license. Ability to operate forklift effectively. Proficient computer skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong people skills. Available to work extended hours. Managing all inbounds and Outbounds Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logistics Motivate, organize, and discipline staff Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles Keep detailed records of warehouse activities Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Ensure safety of staff Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures. Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment. Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus. Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals. Recruit and train new employees. Warehouse Manager Essential Skills Leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills Organizational and multitasking abilities Interpersonal and communication skills Basic math and computer skills Knowledge of inventory and warehouses Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques. An analytical mind with strong attention to detail. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
