Experience : 10 to 12 years Salary : 5-6K USD PM Qualification: B.tech/Diploma (mechanical)/CIPET Roles & Responsibilities *Strong communication skills. *Handling 40+ team of production. *Strong systametic knowledge. *Monitor the production resolve issues. *Supervision ability & evaluate dept. performance of production team. *Reporting to Top management. *Organize the work flow to meet deadlines. *Knowledge of production management. *Understanding the quality standards. *Proficient in computer knowledge area. *Good decision making skills. *Able to work within right schedule. *To monitor the target rejections. *Knowledge of Extrusion, moulding & printing area. *Knowledge of maintenance (Mechanical/electrical) both *Knowledge of Molds
