Group Chief Executive Officer 

Job Description : GROUP CEO UGANDA A distribution house for domestic, regional, and global brand across Africa. Dealing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) from companies like P&G, Olivolio, American Kitchen, Godrej, Excel, Deesh International, Britannia, Nutro, Duracell, Liptomil, Kibocell, Sunmask, Elbbin to mention but a few. Position Profile: Responsible for establishing a company's goals and strategies and presiding over the entire workforce. Oversees budgets and ensures resources are properly allocated. Ensures departments meet individual goals. Responsible for overall accountability to shareholders. Qualification : Must hold a masters degree in in Business Administration, Management, or projects. Experience of 15+ years in a Leadership position where at least 5 years has been handling as a Top Leader Position as Country Head, CEO or Director and with reputable FMCG Distribution organizations. Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) : Excellent Communication Skills, Customer skills, Marketing, Sales &Negotiation Skills, Computer Skills and Leadership skills. Strong financial management skills. Knowledge in electronic products and Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution. Relevant Industry : Distribution of FMCGs. Job Expectations · To lead and oversee the implementation of Companys long and short-term plans in accordance with the expectations of the BOARD. · Achieving the Companys Top Line and Bottom-Line targets set by the Boad of Directors. · Direct the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. · Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm's expansion, and deal with mergers and acquisitions. · To ensure effective Internal Controls and MIS are implemented to control Inventory levels, AR, Cash flow. · Direct staff, including organizational structure, professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation, personnel policies, and procedures. · Provide adequate and timely information to the Board to enable it to effectively execute its oversight role. · Restructuring Distribution networks and revamping the entire operations in all departments and levels to reduce costs. · Restructuring the current personnel to effectively utilize the manpower resources. · Developing & implementing Sales & Marketing strategies & Monitoring systems to analyze and take corrective actions to meet the set targets. · To Train and motivate team by laying down appropriate policies that encourage team in delivering to the best of their abilities. · Lead the Identification of new Business partners and grow the business volumes · Expand the business into new territories/Countries. · And any other duty that may be assigned by the Board. Min. Experience.18+ years in MNC Distribution Companies
