Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER INDONESIA 20+ years experience It is one of the largest refining and fractionation plants in SE Asia having palm oil-based refineries and fractionation plants. Key Responsibilities: Utilize the plant efficiently in order to reach the desired Plant Capacity with Quality and Stability, Yields, and Losses. Control costs and Improve the Processing Cost, Chemical Consumption, and Utility Consumption. Control Oil Losses during the Refining Process, Quality, and Stability of the Product, Purity of the Product, Recovery from Fractionation Plant, etc. Improve yield, and productivity through effective Production Planning, Manpower allocation. B. Sc. / B.Tech. in Oil Technology or Equivalent and around 15 years overall experience is desired. 10 years experience in handling production activities for Physical Refineries and Fractionation Plants for palm oil is a must. Exposure to troubleshooting in Refinery and Fractionation Plants is desired
