Job Description : PLANT HR MANAGER OMAN 15+ years experience · MBA ( HR ) / MSW · Relevant background in Pharma & manufacturing industry knowledge. · Excellent communication, presentation skills · Ability to coach and develop talent Job Specific Information · The Plant HR Manager administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. · Establishing and developing programs in all areas of employee and labor relations in order to maintain a climate of trust and confidence. · Managing the recruitment process for all hiring, for both internal and external job postings, in consultation with the management team. · Managing the employment process of hourly and salary employees for the plant including recruitment, selection, offers of employment, relocation, screening and new hire orientation process in compliance with company policy and governmental regulations. · Managing Performance Management System · Managing Payroll input & attendance system Ensure the time management system for factory. Ensure the discipline as per Office timings and ‘Late coming & early going’ policies and take corrective measures, if the same is not being followed. Ensure timely payroll processing. · HR Manager is responsible for above mention role & responsibility but not limited to this.
