Job Description : Production Manager - Non Dairy Creamer Location : Lagos Nigeria Salary : 2500 - 3500 USD nego Plus accommodation Visa , Air Tickets Role : Manufacturing/Production Planning • Reviewing the entire plant operations covering Quality, Utilization, Productivity and Food Safety. • Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, progress monitoring, testing, &manpower planning. • Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules for various food products. • Appraising the production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same. Safety & Hygiene • Zero Market Complaint & taking corrective & Preventive Actions (if any) • Maintaining & ensuring all RM/PM/FG are stored properly as per the storage norms. • Ensure adherence to GMP and GHP by all plant personnel’s. • Undertaking timely maintenance and conditional monitoring of all the assets at the site.
