Job Description : GROUP MANAGER KIZEN FOR STEEL IN DUBAI Proven experience in a Steel manufacturing environment, with a record of accomplishment in driving operational excellence and process improvement. Proven experience in leading Kaizen initiatives and facilitating Kaizen events. Required Candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engg with 15 to 20 Years of Experience. Proven experience in leading Kaizen initiatives and facilitating Kaizen events. Should have 5 years exp of Kaizen or TQM implementation.
