Managing Director

Job Description : Managing Director for a Building material Company.GCC You will be reporting to the Group CEO will have full P&L responsibility. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below: • Developing strategic plan to help achieve company's mission and objectives and to drive revenue, profitability and growth as a group • Oversee the company's operations and ensure efficiency, quality, services and cost-effective management of resources • Responsible to lead business developments and to look for new potential clients • Review progress against contractual arrangements, plans and delivery • Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources and revenues to meet the KPI's set by the Board of Directors • Build and maintain strong network and relationship with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be confident in leading the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission and goals as follows: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred. • At least 20 years of experience with 7 years in managing a construction business
