Job Description : Lubricants Sales Manager Oil And Gas I Dar es Salaam Tanzania Responsibility • Manage, prospect, and develop lubes business in assigned regions through effective management of distributors/dealers and own stations • Implement effective lubes sales in own stations and distributor/dealer management system, policies, processes, and procedures to achieve operational excellence standards • Contribute to the development and execution of lubes communication and promotions strategy for the distributor channel and own stations • Reinforce and entrench SHEQ standards across the distributor/dealer networks in line with overall corporate standards • Research, analyze, and communicate trends in the competitive landscape including competitor initiatives, price • surveys, and new projects • Maintain the visibility of the company's corporate brand in the distributor channel in collaboration with the marketing department • Develop healthy relationship with stakeholders within the territory including distributor -Client/Supplier relationship, key accounts, professionals in lubes business through regular interaction and close follow up of their requirements • Generate and submit analytical performance reports for management reference and use Key Requirements Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent • 12+ years' experience in sales and marketing with significant exposure to lubes business • Strong knowledge and skills in sales, marketing and distributor management • Demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills • Sound commercial and business acumen • Innovative, self driven and result oriented • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Technical or Engineering background is preferred
