Contract Head

Job Description : Head Service Contracts NIGERIA · Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil from a reputed college · Experience of >20yrs or more in the field of Subcontracting Services · Should have handled finalisation of Subcontracts related to Construction related works viz Civil, Mechanical, E&I and Vendor related services in Oil & Gas sector incl Petroleum projects · Should have handled a team of at least 5 Subcontracting Specialists who have worked in identifying contracts and finalising site related contracts. · Knowledge of Subcontracting · Knowledge of site Related Work and requirements · Should have worked with Oil and Gas Industry in India and preferably atleast one project in International Projects · Ability to handle Contractors at Site for resolution of Labour issues to support Projects · Commercial and Contracts knowledge · Exposure to Project Life Cycle in Construction works · Should be a good communicator and Team worker · Should have the technical understanding of the scope of Contracts being finalised · Negotiation Skills · Estimation Knowledge on Civil, E&I and Mechanical Works incl Piping Fabrication and erection · Communication Skills · Analytical Skills · Understanding of Commercial /Legal Terms · Post Contract Administration · Site Exposure
