About the Production Manager (Injection Moulding) Role: You will play a vital role for controlling manpower and operations management in the factory to ensure highest quality of product timely delivered to customers. Key Responsibilities: Continuously improve production processes to have better yield, reduce waste, reduce defects and ensure quality in the process Production control and model prioritisation to achievement order requirement Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or other related fields 10 years of production experience in world class manufacturing environment, and five years of experience in management
