Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : Regional Manager - Sales - Pharma/OTC Location - DR Congo, Africa CTC - 1500 to 2500 USD per month Qual - MBA Exp 10 -12 years Pharma/OTC sales, through distributor and channel network. Purpose *To manage Primary Sales (top line and bottom line) of Pharma branded, Generic products. track product availability at all seasons in warehouse, wholesale outlets to maximize profitability, improve delivery & achieve primary sales targets through wholesale outlets and sales team. *Responsible for Plan yearly, monthly sales, stocks inventory, Manpower, Pricing increase the cos profitability. *For top line revenues for various SKUs. *Introduce trade schemes and handle pricing. Track competitors. *Analyze opportunity Gaps in the market/ SKU sales performance. *Manage pricing /trade schemes within guidelines to achieve top & bottom line targets. *Retention of top Customers - 50 % top buyers. *Achieve profit targets. *Control operating expenses & manage Credit control actions. *Minimize stock damage, loss, expiry. *Manage logistics diligently from warehouse to sub dealers. *Manage loyalty programs, trade schemes, Marketing Campaigns.
