Financial Controller

Job Description : FC DRC FOR INSURANCE 15+ years experience CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM INSURANCE INDUSTRY, Handle P&L Activity, Business Operation within Region and KRA activity * Capacity to analyse and understand the numbers and able to look into ratios etc. * Conduct timely follow ups on account receivables and payables with outside parties * Ensure all legal contracts and loans agreement are in place * Have knowledge of taxation, and understand local taxation to comply with requirements * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance/accounting department, * Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. * Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles * Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions * Assign tasks with time frame and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy * Set & Meet financial accounting objectives * Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Required Candidate profile CA (Qualified) / ICWA (Qualified) / MBA Finance (Regular) Location-Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa Salary + Bachelor Facility (Accommodation + Food + Transportation) + Half Yearly Vacation
