Job Description : IE MANAGER MOMBASSA KENYA The role requires an experienced Manager Industrial Engineering who has extensive experience of leading an IE team in a respected apparel manufacturing unit having minimum 1000 sewing machines capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production teams from product development stage to the shipments to achieve the company’s KPI’s, training and developing your team to achieve or exceed all standards; ensuring the correct processes and methods are followed to achieve best productivity. Applying your IE expertise and statistical analysis to determine best manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards. Product knowledge: Woven & Knits (Bottom & tops) Academic Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Industrial Engineering or equivalent Good command of the English Language and a Computer savvy are also required. The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in reputable Garment manufacturing and exporting units. Overseas experience would be an added advantage.
