Job Description : TELECOM OPERATIONS DIRECTOR SPAIN Open to worldwide Spanish speaking candidates a major telecommunications engineering company. looking for the company's Director of Operations, reporting directly to the CEO. MAIN REQUIREMENTS • IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE MORE THAN 18 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR AND EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT POSITIONS • In-depth knowledge of technical and commercial operations in the field of telecommunications. • Demonstrated skills in team management and strategic decision making. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Results orientation and ability to work in dynamic environments. • High level of English, experience working in international environments. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Management: • Collaborate with senior management in the formulation of the company's global strategy. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short and long term objectives. • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the telecommunications market. 2. Technical Operations: • Supervise and lead the engineering department, ensuring efficiency and quality in project execution. • Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards in all technical operations. • Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency. 3. Commercial Operations: • Supervise the commercial department, establishing strategies for client development and retention. • Collaborate in the identification of business opportunities and in the negotiation of contracts with large operators. • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and business partners. 4. Team Management: • Direct and motivate the engineering and commercial teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Establish clear goals and objectives, providing the direction necessary to achieve them. • Promote the training and development of internal talent. 5. Operational Efficiency: • Optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. • Implement systems and tools that improve project management and monitoring. • Conduct continuous performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
