You are a sparring partner for the CEO, your colleagues from the MT and other departments. You manage and monitor the cash flows, financial position, results and financial risks and are focused on improving EBITDA. You optimize business processes and ensure correct and timely delivery of financial reports. What are you taking with you? As a CFO you get a lot of freedom, responsibility and decision-making power. At the same time, you also move along with the continuous changes that fit the growth phase of the scale-up. At least 10 years of work experience as CFO, Financial Director or in an ultimately responsible financial position, preferably in a fintech environment; A completed university education, RC is an advantage; Professionalization of the Finance organization; Have experience in serving as a member of a management team; You are able to create an appealing vision, determine objectives and realize them together with your team;
