Job Description : FMCG PRODUCTION HEAD BOTSWANA 25+ years experience £80K - £90K + additional benefits The primary purpose of the role is to oversee and manage all production at the site in London, ensuring that quality, food safety standards are met and a program for continuous improvement in place. This role will also take responsibility for logistics and procurement within the business. Strong leadership and management qualities Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing food operations in a similar setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills Process driven leader Strong technically (Quality plan standards)
