Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO SINGAPORE an established Manufacturing business with a strong presence and factories spanning the Asia region, is currently hiring a hands-on and resilient CFO to oversee the Finance function. Requirements · 15-20 years of relevant experience, highly familiar with accounting processes and Strong Manufacturing industry experience is a must · Must be hands-on, motivated, independent, assertive and have proven track record in managing regional operations and sizeable team · Able to roll up sleeves to oversee full spectrum Finance & Accounting activities at the same time having strong leadership skills · Strong experience in managing changes/ restructuring, process & system initiatives, and/or working in highly challenging and dynamic set up will be advantageous · Enjoys challenges and fixing issues, able to partner operations, Site GMs and senior management · Process driven and system savvy · Able to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment Budget S$25,000 – S$30,000 per month + Bonus Responsibilities As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the organization. You are responsible in overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties, including accounting operations, statutory requirements, strategic planning, formulating and executing financial strategies and plans to optimize the company's overall financial performance. You will also drive budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The portfolio also includes internal control, costing, cashflow management, treasury and ensuring effective liquidity management. You will be responsible in evaluating existing processes and drive implementation of robust mechanisms and internal control processes to enhance financial efficiency. You will ensure compliance to statutory requirements and company policies. You will closely support local operations and site GMs to provide financial insights and support decision making, as well as take a proactive role in driving process and system improvements.
