Job Description : HEAD OF IT PROCUREMENT THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) In this role, your key responsibility is to lead and manage all phases of the procurement functions. Overseeing the procurement of a specific group of expenses Ensuring compliance, improving efficiency, reducing supply risks, and minimising the overall cost of ownership for the organisation Implementing a category management approach and conducting thorough analyses both internally and externally Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to determine the best sourcing strategies Lead or oversee various sourcing activities to support category plans, all while adhering to established policies and procedures Maintain regular communication with the Head of Procurement to provide updates on how the category is performing and offer additional insights through reporting and commentary when necessary Managing relationships with suppliers and monitoring their performance: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Engineering or related field At least 10 years Experienced in procurement function Profound knowledge in IT Ability to effectively communicate, both internally and externally, with customers and suppliers Ability to work well with others and on cross-functional teams, self-motivated/directed, and driven to achieve organisational goals and objectives
