Reporting directly to the Plant Director, this is a role for a Lean Manager, Continuous Process Improvement Manager, or Operation Excellence who is expert in FMCG industry with ability of team and stakeholder management. If you are confident and looking for passionate, this is the new challenge In this business critical role, you will be responsible for initiative transformative change at all levels of the organisation by developing and driving TPM strategy and implementation, build capability of all pillar leaders enabling them to build team member capability. You will also focus on building capability while ultimately delivering financial results through operational standards. The salary range for this role is competitive with provident fund and medical insurance. Develop the overall implementation strategy and drive accountability to the strategy Build capability of all pillar leaders enabling them to build team member capability Optimise performance and drive value leadership, delivering financial results through operational standards Ensure root cause analysis and insight generation, leading transformative change within the factories through TPM To succeed in the Operational Excellence Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or related field At least 12 years work experience in FMCG manufacturing industry, TPM Proven best practice roll out in multi-pillar TPM experience Understanding of improvement tools as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC Ability to work cross functionally with senior leaders and stakeholders
