Production Supervisor

Job Description : PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR MOLDING SIERRA LEONE 1. Responsible for the Operations of the Blow Moulding Machines and Injection Moulding Machines. 2. Responsible for the Quality of the products as per desired parameters. 3. Set up, Adjust &Maintain Blow Moulding Machine using Hand Tools, Gauges & other Measuring Instruments 4. Start up and Shut Down Blow Moulding Machine, making necessary arrangements to ensure smooth operations 5. Monitor Machine operations and identify potential issues and address in a timely manner. 6. Inspect finished products for defects and conformity to specifications and remove defective products from lines for corrective measures 7. Maintain accurate production records. 8. Perform Routine maintenance. 9. Assist with trouble shooting and report to management if needed 10. Inspect equipment’s for malfunctioning and defects and ensure smooth operations. 11. Assist in installing New equipment’s when needed 12. Monitor flow of materials and equipment’s through production line and ensure effective operations without any interruption. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Should hold a degree in Plastic Technology. 2. Shoud have a minimum of 12 years experience in blow moulding & injection moulding. 3. Should have prior experience in Jagmohan and Fongkee machines. 4. Knowledge about use of HDPE materials in specific machines as well as specific products. 5. Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office specific to Excel & word. 6. Experience in Oil Filling section machine operations
