Maintenance schedules. Skills; Significantly stronger leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Remarkable technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. A significant experience in any similar role is likely to be beneficial. Must have experience working with refrigeration, including refrigerated trucks.
