Job Description : Department Head (Retail Sales) Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, vehicle, and family status Job Location: Dubai, UAE One of the leading distributors and manufacturers of food and beverages in the UAE. Analyze sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing customers/accounts. Accountable for delivering Sales, distribution, and growth objectives in line with market potential and the company yearly strategy. Manage in-market sales through effective monthly sales forecasting and stock management Lead and manage the sales team with the ability to analyze sales data on daily basis with the team Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a related field At least 10 years of experience in the same role with the major UAE Key Accounts Successful previous experience as Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Used to work with FMCG distribution Multi-National companies in the UAE handling several brands Proficient with numbers to analyze sales data and produce reports. Strong presentation skills and MIS report presentation skills Good understanding of sales software and the industry's best practices Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently. Possess leadership and public speaking skills in order to motivate the workforce. Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
