Job Description : General Manager Location : Dar es salaam. Industry : Manufacturing Key Requirements: • Proven progressive experience of General Manager for 20 years in Water bottling company or FMCG company or similar role. • Holder of degree on Industrial Engineering • Has substantial experience in business administration, engineering or preferably, a combination of both. • Proficient in SAP software is an added advantage. • Previous experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred. • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. • Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment required. • Organized and detail-oriented, adaptable to change.
