Production Engineer

Job Description : Production Engineer GHANA for blow moulding JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: • Supervising factory workers while they perform their duties efficiently and follow strict environmental, health and safety policies to ensure smooth and safe operations in the factory. • Monitoring workers including handling disputes, rewards for excellent performance and disciplinary actions. • Monitoring operations including production activities, loading activities and goods movement to ensure all workers are meeting their targets. • Monitoring workers shifts including start time, close time and shift handover. • Training new and existing employees in the company, policies and technical skills, environmental, health and safety standards. • Performing all duties in compliance with relevant regulations and standards including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). Requirements. • Technical skills in blow moulding. • Deep knowledge of production management and an understanding of quality standards. • Ability to analyze figures and product results and ensure products meets quality standards. • Experience in personnel management - you will be responsible for a large workforce of people and so you must demonstrate excellent managerial skills. • Strong leadership skills - you will need to lead by example and motivate a large workforce to always perform their duties at the highest level. • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment - The company places a lot of importance on operational, environmental, health and safety requirements. • Strong communication skills - you will be constantly communicating with the workforce and management in all matters of policies, training, and feedback.
