Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Chief Financial Officer “CFO” KSA Main responsibilities: • Manage the finance team and oversee daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports. • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns, and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors. • Review and analyse financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement. • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and safeguard company assets. • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization, including operations, sales, and procurement. • Respond to ad hoc requests for financial information and analysis in a timely and accurate manner. • Review and revise costing and pricing models for the organization, ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market. • Analyze cost trends and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize the company's financial performance. • Maintain a fair level of knowledge and awareness of changes in accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization. • Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other external parties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • CPA, CMA or other relevant professional certifications are a plus. • 15 years of experience in finance, accounting. • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
