Cluster General Manager

Job Description : Cluster General Manager Location: United Arab Emirates I am currently supporting one of the leading Asset Management & Real Estate developers in the UAE. We are now looking for a Cluster General Manager to oversee two of their independent venues in Abu Dhabi, and ideally you'll come from a luxury background. In short, you will be responsible for directing and evaluating the day-to-day operational activities of the venues, to achieve the highest standards in accordance with the resort’s operational goals and profitability objectives which includes guest and colleague satisfaction, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation and delivering a fair return on investment. Regional experience isn't mandatory, but it's certainly preferred. Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management and performance of the resorts. Responsible for the preparation and approval of budgets, strategies, plans and setting targets for the resort and the successful delivery according to the business plan. Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operation reports, to identify and determine areas to improve profitability, productivity and/or guest satisfaction.
