Job Description : CFO Mauritius 1. CA with experience of 15-20 years in manufacturing industries. (MANDATORY) 2. Candidates having international experience will be preferred 3. Sound knowledge of IFRS, Funds Raising, Transfer Pricing, Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Merger & Acquisition, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Due diligence & Accounts consolidation required. 4. Exposure on working on new projects, conducting feasibility studies, work with foreign banks/PE to get loans for these projects.
