Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems. The Job As Head of Growth, you will be involved in helping develop scalable processes & grow the company. You will help to define the overall growth strategy and budget behind the ever-changing SEA ecosystem. You will lead a team across performance marketing, partnerships, content marketing & customer success and responsible for accelerating the growth and success of the revolutionary banking in SEA. You Will Be Responsible For Driving the future of the banking industry through 10x thinking and motivating self and others to innovate Developing, experimenting and implementing innovative strategies, including product roadmap requirements, balancing both short- and long-term benefits and vision for the company Deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution Leading performance marketing, including set-up, optimisation and maintenance of Adwords, FB Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads. Driving innovation with frequent design and testing of hypothesis Driving content marketing, conceptualising and implementing social content calendar across media channels. Leading public relationships and forum seeding Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals The Profile You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You have at least 5 years of experience in growth and people management You have a strong professional relationship-building skills and proven experience in developing sustainable partnerships You have significant experience managing and growing a team, and building followership toward a vision You have the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end of defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan. You have the ability to leverage on technology and product development to drive growth strategy and innovate processes You are analytical, with strong, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment. You are passionate about Fintech.
