Job Description : IT HEAD INDONESIA The incumbent will strategize and implement a robust IT strategy integrating the manufacturing, R&D and other corporate functions such as Sales, Finance, HR etc in multiple geographies across the world, in addition to the corporate IT role. As the executive closest to the technical capabilities, he/she needs to embrace a broad market perspective; complete understanding of the IT requirements, the business plans, growth and ability to see the big picture, understand various IT models and align that with the right set of technology strategy and road map is a must. Expertise Should include overview of the technology landscape in global manufacturing, R&D setup, understanding the cutting edge new generation technologies, IT Strategy Solution Architecture Enterprises, networking & security, Architecture Business Process Re-engineering Risk Management, Knowledge Management Project Governance will be prerequisites. The KRAs would include : · Implementation of technology strategy and IT in a large MNC with multiple manufacturing sites across. · Responsible for global vendors relationships · Selection, Audit and management of vendors both onsite and offshore. · Handle strategic programs. Implement improved processed to deliver operational efficiencies · Align technology to strategic organizational initiatives. · Hands on experience in evaluating existing ERP and up gradation of the same if required. · Server, Storage, Network, Firewall, Back up management policies and SLAs · Organization policies, Audits and reviews Security, Asset etc. Preferred candidate profile Overall experience of 15+ years, in a large Manufacturing setup, with a proven track record of heading the IT function for at least 5 years in a large multisite, multi geographical and multicultural environment in a leadership role with a highly operations/business oriented approach in handling the IT function with a thorough understanding of IT in similar industry is a must.
