Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description : : Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Company: Engineering Consultancy in Dubai, UAE Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 10-15 years of relevant experience (Consultant/Contracting experience is a MUST) Knowledge of international and local codes Authority registered engineers will be of added advantage Proficiency in REVIT MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Additional certifications (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, WELL, CDCP) are a plus. Salary: 17-25K AED based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, design, and development of mechanical engineering services including HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas & BMS. Collaborate with the Electrical counterpart to manage Design Questionnaires, Space planning, Design basis/concept reports. Develop and review mechanical calculations and schedules. Review mechanical design drawings at all stages and create Specifications and BoQ. Prepare presentations for client meetings. Effectively communicate at all levels to support collaborative work practices. Maintain a customer focus and adhere to "Quality & Time" standards. Apply technical knowledge to problem-solving and be open to learning new skills. Coordinate with clients and local authorities for design approval.
