Job Description : Head Finance & Accounts for EPC Group TANZANIA Exp- 15 to 20 years' experience, exposure to EPC groups, project accounting Qualification- CA Salary range- USD 72K Job Responsibilities: ? Controlling of Projects of T&D, Water Infra, Roads, Highway and Dam in relation to Cash Flow, Internal Control, Sales, Collection and closure/Handing over the Project. ? Compiling all indirect & direct taxation payments pertaining to GST, Income Tax, Excise, Customs, etc. ? Handle Statutory and Internal audit of the company. Ensuring all the internal policies are complied with. ? Claiming refund & rebate of excise duty for exports; supervising insurance portfolio of the company. ? Leading finance functions like LC/BG/CC and formulating DP statement & QIS report ? Dealing with the Banks under consortium and handling a limit of 300 crore. Contribute in successful & timely closure of various EPC contracts. ? Designed & implemented cost control initiatives; negotiated contracts and achieved substantial cost saving. ? Maintaining stable cash flow management by managing cash flow and funding requirement for the company. ? Monitoring cost of funds, optimal capital structure and determining the appropriate capital structure & sources.
