General Manager

Job Description : General Manager (plastics)-SOUTHERN AFRICA Very successful and growing plastics company has an excellent opportunity available for a General Manager. This position will be responsible for managing production, sales, safety and quality. The position will also be involved with working with suppliers and customers. Full P&L responsibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Must have at least 5 years of experience in plastics processing. Experience in budgeting, P&L responsibility, inventory management and manufacturing is required. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must. Experience in blow molding, injection molding, plastics recycling, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, polyethylene, polypropylene, extrusion or compounding would be a plus. Must be CIPET and have minimum 20 years experience
