Job Description : HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER - MAURITIUS The General Manager is the ambassador for the brand and the hotel, and is responsible to provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the hotel management team in alignment with the group’s vision/mission and hotel’s agreed objectives. Skills, experience and attributes that we are looking for: Must be currently working for an International 4* or 5* hotel brand Experience in top quality business hotels is preferable, but will consider any strong experience in International Branded Hotels Bilingual is beneficial but not essential for the role Commercial hotel operator with a track record of success Must have an F&B background not Rooms Division Technical international exposure to hotel background and operations Master’s in business management or equivalent Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills Vibrant and hospitable Detail Orientated and also Customer service oriented Financial knowledge with good analytical skills Excellent entrepreneurship ability and skills High sense of integrity and business ethics Salary Package Offered: Equivalent of USD5500 – 7800 pm nett and negotiable, dependent upon experience plus full expat package. Single status preferred but again negotiable.
