Job Description : BUSINESS ( P&L) HEAD – 200 + cr Engineering Co –to grow to 400+ cr part of 1000Cr diversified Engineering group MAHARASHTRA – premium city near Mumbai -Engineer – preferably Mechanical / Industrial // Production (+MBA preferred) -From Instrumentation / Engineered components/Process Manufacturing -48-52 yrs / 20+ yrs exp Min 3+ yrs as P&L Head / Avg tenure 5 yrs Current P&L head of 200+ cr operation - -Rich experience in Manufacturing / SCM/ Application Engineering , D&D/ Sales – revenue , Account management / IT / Finance / IR Design & Engineered products / Productivity enhancement / Value Engineering/Process Reengineering Product / Market Expansion including exports - Drive transformation and growth Profile -Sales pedigree – a mix of manufacturing followed by sales OR sales background – also handled manufacturing/ops MNC / Indian MNC – process driven, quality conscious, reputed company – thus best practices. -Industries – Component / Engineering / Instrumentation ---Complex Manufacturing – process manufacturing. -Proven track record of driving growth and transformation – turnover INR 300 cr + Psychographics : -Independent assertive go-getter – result-oriented. -Hands-on / roll up sleeves / take charge, ownership. -Team player/people savvy.
