Job Description : CEO ASIA /EUROPE 20-25 years experience CEO/ Business Head - FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care - We are currently looking for Business head/CEO for one of the reputed Personal care organization. - Looking for Indian professionals having experience into Industry who have worked in P&L, Sales, Marketing and handled Personal Care / Skin Care / Hair Care / Home care products /OTC products - Incumbent should have good understanding of Asia / Russia/ Europe markets and should have worked in international markets for at least 8-10 Years with over all 18 + years of experience. - The incumbent would be responsible for developing Emerging Market Entry strategies, M&A, building brands & NPD for markets & manage entire P&L. - Develops international market entry strategy for previously untapped geographies based on market intelligence. - Open for Professionals with Indian Origin for this role. - Looking for Professionals passed out from Premier B Schools & having desired experience. CTC would not be a constraint for right fit. Looking for professionals MBA / PGDM from reputed /Premiere institutes with relevant experience in at leadership level.
