Job Description : FINANCE HEAD WORCHESTER UK This post is open to all nationalities provided they meet work and visa criteria eligibility 15-20 years experience You will oversee the financial operations of the company and help shape its strategic direction. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced environment • Report on financial performance to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors • Produce financial statements with commentary and analysis, including budget variance analysis • Conduct a detailed analysis of costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and budget compliance • Develop and maintain financial systems, ensuring accuracy and quality of all financial transactions • Provide support and professional advice to the management team to help them make informed financial decisions and suggest ways to improve business performance • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified • Strong communication skills
