Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : SENIOR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER LONDON UK Looking for suitably eligible candidates who can obtain UK work visa a fast growth, sustainable, high end luxury cosmetics brand based in Central London (flexible hybrid work model) The business is in relatively early stages of its development but already experienced huge successes with a firm international presence and partnering with numerous instantly recognisable retail and hotels groups As a result of ongoing investment and growth, the business is now in a position to carve out a finance function in the UK and recruit a number one finance position. The role will report directly to the General Manager and is a broad, all-encompassing finance opportunity You will be asked to take on the following key responsibilities but in now way limited to Management of all financial planning, budgeting and analysis activities across the international group Preparation of 5 year financial models Evaluation of the financial impact of business initiatives Partner the non -finance teams including marketing, new product development, digital and sales Support contract negotiations and strategic partnerships Financial Systems and process improvement Optimise cash flow to support operational needs and strategic investments Assess financial viability of new projects and product launches Oversee the financial and management accounting activities Support with a variety of ongoing analysis in respect of variance analysis with reference to budget versus performance; product performance in relation to territory and channel You will also have the support of a Senior Management Accountant as well as a number of other junior finance professionals We are seeking qualified finance professionals (or oversees equivalent) who possess relevant post qualified experience, ideally within the retail, ecommerce or manufacturing brands
