Accounts Manager

Job Description : ACCOUNTS MANAGER NIGERIA FOR POWER PLANT · Prepare and oversee accurate financial statements in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations. · Generate management reports for the manufacturing unit and senior management. · Analyze product and process costs for cost reduction opportunities. Implement cost control measures and monitor cost trends. Perform cost-benefit analysis for project and investments. · Develop and manage the annual manufacturing unit budget. Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective action. · Conduct in-depth variance analysis and propose improvement. · Support the development of financial strategies for efficiency and profitability. · Provide financial insights to aid decision-making. · Supervise and mentor an accounting and financial team. · Ensure team productivity, accuracy and best practices. · Co-ordinate internal and external audit and ensure compliance. · Provide financial insight to business Unit Heads for the decision-making. Collaborate with CEOs on business growth and cost containment. · Identify financial risk and develop mitigation strategies. Stay updated on accounting and financial industry trends. · Continuously improve financial acumen and leadership skills. · Establish KPIs to evaluate manufacturing unit financial health. Monitor KPIs and suggest improvement. · 10-15 years work experience in Manufacturing Industry/Power plant · Must have indepth knowledge of Accounting for plant · Qualification : CA/CA Inter/ICWAI/M.com · Must be good with costing · Indepth process knowledge is must · Tally experience is must · Microsoft Naivision experince will be added advantage
