Majority of the marketing is being managed from India. This role will build local capability. Experience in Local labour law & compliance is must. Someone who has worked under matrix reporting structure. Digital Acumen (SAP) Experience in HRMS Implementation would be added advantage. Preferably from a Pharma or Allied Industry with a setup in international markets. Years of Experience – 18+ Years as HRBP + HR Generalist with experience in International Setup ( Pharma/ Manufacturing). Reporting - CHRO + Head of Business Location: Ahmedabad Work Mode - 5 Days from Office Note - Experience to managing emerging markets is a must have.
