Sales Accountant

Job Description : Site Accountant (Guinea) Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting to Financial Controller 12+ years experience Job Description; Accounting standard, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Manufacturing /Mining business exp etc. during first interaction · Book Keeping, Maintaining a system of managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company branches / Project sites, including but not limited to the accounting, payroll, accounts payable, planning. · Monitoring and recording transactions and financial events in compliance with company policy. · Ensuring accurate and timely accounting reporting periodically. · Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business. · Responding to inquiries from Senior Accountants , Controller F & A, the in terms of accounting results and special reporting requests · Assisting in the implementation and realization of new procedures and projects to improve the workflow of the department. · Mining Accounting Knowledge · Lease treatment · Amortization treatment · Booking of Provision of expenses etc. Criteria: Accounting standard, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Manufacturng /Mining business exp etc. Good Experience in working on Tally ERP & Microsoft Excel Good inter-personal skill. French language is an added advantage. Candidates are preferred from Metal and mining or big manufacturing organisation
