Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD PLASTICS FOR DOMINICAN REPUBLIC 20+ years experience Country Manager is a senior executive responsible for overseeing all operations within a specific country for an organization. Looking for candidate- Self Starter (As you have to start the project from Scratch) Can Handle complete project Independently Handled P&L. Fluency in English & Spanish Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute the company's overall strategy in the assigned country. - Align local strategies with the global objectives of the organization. 2. Operational Oversight: Oversee all operational aspects of the business in the country. - Ensure effective and efficient use of resources to meet organizational goals. 3. Financial Management: - Develop and manage budgets for the country. - Ensure financial sustainability and profitability. 4. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team. Provide guidance and support to team members. 5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, clients, partners, and local communities. 6 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand local dynamics and identify business opportunities or threats. 8. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and business development efforts in the country. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 9.
