Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR ZIMBABWE Finance Director to join the team, reporting to the Group Finance Director and forming part of the Executive Team for this well established and growing team. Salary and Benefits US$6000net Key responsibilities include To lead and develop a finance team of 13 people To ensure compliance with Zimra and RBZ To ensure timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports to assess and analyse the company’s financial performance Input into the effective management of working capital so that operating activities flow smoothly Input to the short, medium and long-term financial strategy of the company To prepare the budgets of the company reflective of chosen strategy Input towards effective systems of internal control to minimise risk and loss to the company.
