Job Description : CEO FERTILIZER INDUSTRY EAST AFRICA To Oversee Entire Company Operations and Management To Manage Cost Effective Operations and Optimisation of Resources Strategic Decision and Planning for improving efficiency. Some Mining experience will be advantage Strong experience in Fertiliser industry Must have vast experience in the Manufacturing Process for NPK Fertiliser. Must have 20 - 25 years of experience, with 10 years in Senior Management capacity. Qualification : BE Chemical / Engineering background with relevant industry experience.
