Oversee all engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute projects effectively. Manage the allocation of engineering resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Optimize resource utilization to meet project deadlines and organizational objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in engineering and property maintenance. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team. Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions. Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
