Job Description : MD DUBAI FOR FINTECH As the MD, you will play a critical role in shaping the future success of the organization. You will be responsible for leading and executing key initiatives to maximize sales growth, increase revenue, and enhance our overall market position. Your leadership and strategic insights will guide the company towards achieving its short and long-term objectives. Responsibilities Orchestrates and oversees the continuous operations of all company divisions. Manages executive-level employment decisions and steers the company towards its primary goals. Leads a team of executives in critical decision-making processes, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and large-scale expansion. Promotes a culture of unity by enhancing communication and cooperation among diverse divisions within the organization. Duties Collaborates with the board of directors and executives to establish short-term objectives, long-range goals, and associated plans and policies. Presents regular comprehensive reports on the company's operational status to the board of directors and internal staff. Oversees the financial structure, ensuring robust funding aligns with the company's mission and objectives. Evaluates the financial performance of all operations, taking corrective actions for unsatisfactory results. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards. Negotiates with external entities on strategic actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures. Represents the company to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, government entities, and the public. Performs additional duties aligned with the organization's mission.
