Job Description : CEO FERTILIZERS EAST AFRICA · To Oversee Entire Company Operations and Management · To Manage Cost Effective Operations and Optimisation of Resources · Strategic Decision and Planning for improving efficiency. · Some Mining experience will be advantage · Strong experience in Fertiliser industry · Must have vast experience in the Manufacturing Process for NPK Fertiliser. · Must have 20 - 25 years of experience, with 10 years in Senior Management capacity. Qualification : BE Chemical / Engineering background with relevant industry experience.
