Deputy General Manager

Job Description : A/DGM - HR/IR - Vadodara location Reporting to : Joint General Manager Education Qualification : post graduate/ Master degree in HR / IR / PM. (only) Experience : 20-25 years Job Responsibilities : 1. Need to oversee and manage IR and Admin functions covering hospitality, security, transportation of staff at Project Sites 2. Shall be conversant with existing Labour Laws and statutory compliance in construction industry . 3. Oversee the Management of large number of workers across the country 4. Need to plan and lead Mobilization and Demobilization of Construction Project Sites 5. Need to liaison with Senior L&T Management, Govt and statutory bodies, Vendors for IR & Admin functions 6. Computer literate with good drafting skills in English and Hindi 7. Formulate strategies for betterment of IR and Admin Functions and manpower planning. 8. Shall be leading a team of about 20nos. IR & Admin Personnel deputed at various sites. 9. Age should not more than 45 10. The total experience band will be upto 20-23 years 11. Candidate must be from projects (EPC) based organisation with IR experience
