Cost Control Engineer

Job Description : COST CONTROLLER ENGINEER UAE Key Responsibilities • Develop the Project Budget through standard technique on in-house multiple software • Proper allocation of Project Resources and allocation for the Cost Incurred • Provide Budget for the Resources to generate PO’S • Provide project management support in the preparation of cost Reports by Monthly and need basis valuations. • Tracking of Budget with the actual cost on company systems. • Maintain consistency in cost bases through rigorous adherence to the controls processes • Provide project guidance for creation of accurate monthly cost reports, identifying variances from the plan on commitment, value of work done, changes and currency fluctuations against approved Authorities for Expenditure (AFEs) • Monitoring of Budget with the Planning integration to oversee the cost coming in the project • Establish and implement the project controls process and system • Develop cost management procedures. Degree in Civil Engineering 8 – 12 years of experience GCC Construction experience is required
