Job Description : Factory Manager (Mineral Water) NIGERIA Sidel & Krones Experience About the Role: As the Factory Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the operations of our client’s facility. Your expertise in operating Sidel & Krones machinery, coupled with your extensive experience, will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and driving overall productivity. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Factory Manager, with expertise in operating Sidel & Krones machinery. Minimum 15-25 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of factory operations, production processes, and quality control. Familiarity with Tanzania/Africa market and regulations (preferable). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a diverse team and drive operational excellence. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to production schedules. Manage and optimize resources to achieve production targets and maintain product quality. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
